Registration is now open for the 2020 Vincent J. Bollon Affiliate Leadership Training Summit (ALTS) and Ernest A. “Buddy” Mass Human Relations Conference (HRC), taking place January 19-22, 2020, in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. 

The 2020 Affiliate Leadership Summit and Human Relations Conference provides union leaders an array of diverse educational offerings, including more than 145 workshops, 24 information sessions, and five pre-conference events, with more than 20 workshops specifically devoted to human relations issues.

Participants can choose from several workshop tracks - a series of workshops that are accredited through our educational partner, Purdue University Global, for potential college credit.

You can also register for the Union Strong 5K Fun Run at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, January 20. Registration is $30 per entrant. Proceeds directly benefit the IAFF Foundation.
